Alternate Drinking Rules

Use these rules at your own risk. Dirty Deutsch promotes only legally and non-lethally irresponsible drinking!

Play Dirty Deutsch as normal, expect ignore the points. Instead of collecting points, just check whether any of the cards on the board match in color, whenever you play a card.

If none of the cards on the board match in color: You must drink.

If two of the cards on the board match (even if the two matching cards were already on the board before you laid your card): You get to choose one of your opponents, who must drink.

If all three of the cards on the board match in color: Each and every one of your opponents must drink. Then you discard all the cards from the board (but leave the board itself). Put a new card from the deck onto the board in its appropriate position (i.e. A, B or C). If you ever draw the last card in the deck, shuffle the discard pile to make a new deck.

Repeat until some losers and winners have been identified. We'll let you decide what that means.
